WHAT IT IS AND WHO CAN ACCESS IT.
Companies and self-employed professionals with a VAT number based in Lombardy can access a grant reimbursing 100% of the costs of training courses offered by Ricam Academy and listed in the catalog approved by the Region.
Depending on the regional call, each company will have a maximum amount available annually, i.e., a voucher per person for one or more courses.
Lombardy Region will then reimburse within 60 days from the date of the training course accounting.
The grant will be disbursed to individuals who have attended at least 75% of the planned course duration.
Interprofessional Joint Funds
What are the Interprofessional Funds?
The funds are established by the employer and trade union associations of various economic sectors, in compliance with Law 388/2000. This law allows companies to allocate a portion of the contributions paid to the INPS (National Institute for Social Security), specifically 0.30% of the contributions typically allocated for the “mandatory contribution for involuntary unemployment,” to training, specialization, and updating of their employees (managers, supervisors, clerical staff, and workers). Employers can request the INPS to transfer this contribution to one of the Joint Interprofessional Funds, which will then finance training activities for the employees of the participating companies.
How to join?
Companies can voluntarily and completely free of charge join the Joint Interprofessional Funds by using the social security contribution report form (Uniemens). To do so, they simply need to indicate the code of the chosen fund in the box designated for the supplementary contribution.
How to use the funds
This is an efficient and innovative system that finances training according to the specific needs of each individual company. The funds represent a great opportunity for businesses seeking to grow, develop, and remain competitive in the market.
Ricam Academy supports businesses in seizing the best opportunities offered by the various funds available in the market.
